Margaretka is a wooden garden house that can be used for both recreational and utilitarian purposes. It is covered with a gabled roof, covered with asphalt felt. A glazed window with muntins was placed on the front elevation. The building also has a single-leaf, half-glazed door opening outward. The bungalow is made of raw spruce wood.
